  • Extra Dose - Cinnamon Roll Golden Stout - 10.5%

    Collab w/ One Drop Brewing

    A liquid freshly baked cinnamon roll. Made with mountains of caramel and biscuit malts, imported vanilla beans and gently toasted cinammon sticks, then conditioned with marshmallows and hints of cold brewed coffee.

    Colab w/ Derelict Brewing

    An oat cream hazy pale where net profits go to local students. This beer is full of innovative new Amplifire NZ hops, a new yeast and the best NZ malt then put together by some top NZ beer minds.

  • Flemish Floozie - 7.5%

    Flemish Floozie has a complex grain bill, and has figs and sultanas thrown into the boil. Moderate spicing and hopping meld with the rich malt backbone, and organic raw sugar to give drinkability, or a higher attenuation.

  • Wheat - Witbier - 5%

    Pouring pale straw with haze and a rich fluffy white head.  The equal use of wheat and pilsner malt gives a rich, slightly grainy, bread dough flavour.

    Complex aroma and flavours of citrus and spice from the use of a speciality wheat beer yeast, and the addition of toasted coriander seeds, lemon peel, and a light dry hop of Citra.  Finishes light, yet fluffy and slightly creamy.

  • San Málà - Blueberry Szechuan & Chilli Smoothie Sour - 6%

    We're at it again, collaborating with our favourite chilli wizards, Apostle Hot Sauce. For this spicy and sour brew, we’ve thrown in a mountain of blueberry, and topped it off with fermented chilli (jalapeño and habanero) and szechuan peppercorns for that mildly electric buzz.

    Lemon Meringue - Ice Cream Sour - 4.7%

    Our interpretation of a classic and favourite dessert pie - lemon meringue! Just like grandma used to make; tangy lemon curd, a sweet and crumbly crust, topped with pillowy peaks of meringue.

    Tangerine Dream Machine - Hazy IPA - 5.5%

    A whirlpool of Citra, Taiheke and Mandarina Bavaria hops have made their way into this dream machine. It’s topped off with a delicious citrus hit of our in-house tangerine extract. Tangerine Dream Machine is smooth and creamy.

  • Detained & Fabulous - Bright IPA - 6%

    From 1917 to 1952, New Plymouth Prison was mainly used to detain apparent 'deviants’ convicted of homosexual offences. Fortunately those archaic days of discrimination have long since passed, but by acknowledging our history we can look forward with a sense of pride and inclusiveness alongside our local rainbow community. This bright IPA bursts with colourful hop character as a nod to our LGBTQI+ whanau

  • Spring - Saison - 6.3%

    Spring is a classic saison brewed with spring water collected from the natural aquifer at Mihiwaka, in the hills directly above our brewery. Spicy and fruity esters, firm bittering and an enticing soft minerality make for perfect spring-time drinking.

  • Far North - Chilli Pils - 5.2%

    Far North Chili Pilsner is Northland in a beer. A classic New Zealand-style Pilsner with a heroic dose of our fave Kiwi hot sauce, it's all capsicum, surf and summer out of the gate. Spicy and hoppy over a smooth cracker-like malt base, the finish is crisp and dry. It's the beer for every day, every backyard Kiwi BBQ and every sunny weekend ahead.

  • Time 2023 - Spontaneous 1,2,3 Blend - 6.6%

    Our interpretation of a belgian style Geuze. A blend of 1,2 and 3 year old barrels of spontaneously fermented beer.

    Wort Processor - Hazy IPA - 6%

    A hazy IPA made with Sauvignon blanc grapes in the mash for extra thiol precursors. Heavily hopped in the whirlpool with Idaho-7 and dry hopped with Talus and Nelson Sauvin.

    12 Degrees 2023 - Czech Pils - 5.3%

    Inspired by a recent trip to Czechia here is our take on a Czech style premium pale lager. Crisp with a slight bit of spice from the Saaz hops and a generous malt backbone.
